A few months back we were contacted by a client who lives in a Grade 2 Listed home in Richmond. Formally owned by King William IV and later Brian Blessed.
Due to the classic nature of the home, it was agreed that we needed to produce something that would not only match the rest of the decor and artwork, but also look authentic.
We were sent some pictures of the frames in the surrounding area, and had to find something that complemented them. As you can see from both the picture above, and the video below, we managed to do this.
What was different about this ArtTV that we’d never done before, that the entire unit was on a swing out bracket to enable comfortable TV viewing from anywhere in the kitchen.
Our ArtTV units are usually only flat mounted and cannot be moved. This posed a slight structural challenge in terms of how we’d make the steel work. But our design team came through, and the resulting unit hung perfectly and can be manouvered into position.
So if you’re an Interior Designer that doesn’t like TVs spoiling their room design, this ArtTV is a great alternative to our Mirror TV products and can be retrofitted.
Our ArtTV uses a QMotion motor system that is battery powered, and doesn’t need to be fed a power source. The unique way in which the spring motors work ensure a long battery life.
Thank you for taking the time to read and we hope you like what you see here.
